Refund & Return Policy – Srish Jewels

At Srish Jewels, we take utmost care in crafting and delivering every piece of jewellery to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for items that are visibly defective or damaged upon receipt.

  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind, size issues, or normal wear and tear.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with tags intact.

Unboxing Video (Mandatory)

To help us provide the best support, please record a clear unboxing video showing a 360° view of the sealed package and its contents at the time of delivery.

This video is mandatory to process any return, replacement, or refund request.

Return Process

  • Share your Order ID, unboxing video, and a brief description of the issue.

  • Once verified, our team will guide you through the return steps.

  • Returned items must be shipped back in their original packaging to prevent any other damage during transit.
