At Srish Jewels, we take utmost care in crafting and delivering every piece of jewellery to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we’ll make it right.
Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for items that are visibly defective or damaged upon receipt.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, size issues, or normal wear and tear.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with tags intact.
Unboxing Video (Mandatory)
To help us provide the best support, please record a clear unboxing video showing a 360° view of the sealed package and its contents at the time of delivery.
This video is mandatory to process any return, replacement, or refund request.
